HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In Canada, orders are typically received within 2 to 4 business days after purchase (Local: 2 days - Quebec: 3 days - Rest of Canada: 4 days).
International orders are typically received within 4 to 7 days business days after purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?
Once payment is received, orders are processes whitin 48 business hours. Please note that a delay can be observe due to the high volume of orders.
Virtual gift card are being processed as any other order, and will be submitted so the same conditions.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
All changes must be request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, order number and desired changes and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed are unfortunately not eligible for any changes.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER, SOME ITEMS ARE INCORRECT/MISSING/DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com. Include your order number, full name, photos (if applicable) and phone number to reach you.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information by email. Use this tracking number to follow your package on the Canada Post website.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange or credit. Items must be unworn, unaltered, in their original condition with original tags and must not have been washed for an exchange/credit to be valid. Discounted, Sale and Promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for any exchange or credi. Items must be returned to our distribution center and return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We do not offer any refunds.
CAN I GO IN STORE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?
All exchanges must go through our distribtuion center and therefore cannot be processed in-store.
ARE ALL BRANDS SOLD IN ALL WLKN STORE LOCATIONS?
Brands and products may vary between locations and are not necessarily available il all stores.
