Can I make a change to my order that I've already placed?
We invite you to write to info@wlknstore.com as soon as possible, specifying your full name, order number, and the changes you would like made. A customer service representative will get back to you promptly to confirm whether the change is possible.
Are all brands sold in all outlets?
We strive to maintain a consistent product range in each of our stores; however, product availability may vary. Please call the store directly or email us at info@wlknstore.com to inquire about the availability of a specific item.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number by email. You can then track your package through Canada Post . If your order is in an area not covered by Canada Post, you will receive an email with further details.
How long will it take to receive my online order?
In Canada, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days after processing.
(Local: 2 days - Quebec: 3 days - Rest of Canada: 4 days). In the United States, the delivery time is 4 to 6 business days, and 8 to 10 days for international orders.

How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 48 business hours of receiving payment. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods (holiday season). Virtual gift cards are processed like any other order and are therefore subject to the same terms and conditions.

I received my order, but one or more items are incorrect/defective and/or missing. What should I do?

How can I exchange an item?
All return/exchange requests must be processed by info@wlknstore.com
All returns will be credited once received and processed at our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Our policy does NOT include refunds, only exchanges or credit.
