Orders may be sent in more than one package.

Shipping estimated time does not include order processing time. Our processing time is between 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday). Additional time can be added depending on stock availabilities.

 

Shipping outside of Canada


United States: 20$ (CAD) with an estimated time from 4 to 7 days (Tracking number provided)

International: 50$ (CAD) with an estimated time from 6 to 10 days (Tracking number provided)

At W – WLKN, the client experience means a lot to us. We want every customer to love the products they purchase – which is why we developed a simplified return and exchange process.

 

Step-By-Step Instructions

You must have have an account to create a return shipment. If you have placed an order as guest, you will have to register with the same email address to convert your guest account into a customer account.

Our return policy does NOT include refunds. Items may be exchanged or credited.

What items can I return ?


• The item is unworn

• The item is unwashed

• The item is not a sale/clearance item or limited edition

• The item is not a bodysuit, swimwear, boxers and socks

• The item is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase

• The item keeps its original label

All returns will be credited once they are received and treated at our offices. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

*Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Returns may also be made in-stores. Simply present yourself with your online invoice within 30 days.


If a mistake was made in the address given, it is the customers responsibility to pay the shipping fees to send back the package. If the package is not sent back, the shipping fees are still paid by the customer (even if the order is over 100$).

Once an order is shipped out, no changes will be made to the order. Changes have to be submitted before the package is shipped.
