HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In Canada, orders are typically received within 2 to 4 business days after purchase (Local: 2 days - Quebec: 3 days - Rest of Canada: 4 days).
International orders are typically received within 4 to 7 days business days after purchase.
*Holiday periods excluded, no delays are estimated*
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?
Once payment is received, orders are processes whitin 48 business hours. Please note that a delay can be observe dependingthe high volume of orders.
Virtual gift cards are being process as any other order, and will be submitted to the same conditions.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
All changes must be request by email to info@wlknstore.com. Please include your full name, order number and desired changes and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed are unfortunately not eligible for any changes.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER, SOME ITEMS ARE INCORRECT/MISSING/DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@wlknstore.com. Include your order number, full name, photos (if applicable) and phone number to reach you.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information by email. Use this tracking number to follow your package on the Canada Post website.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
All return requests must be processed by info@wlknstore.com
Our return policy does NOT include refunds. Items may be exchanged or credited.
All returns will be credited once they are received and treated at our offices. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
